William L. Grant, Founder
On April 11, 2014 donors, friends, staff, students and supporters of New York WEB Center (NYWC) came together to celebrate our esteemed Founder, Reverend William Grant. To honor this incredible man and the hundreds of lives he has touched, the organization is now called The William Grant New York WEB Center. Sadly, only a few days later, we lost our dear friend and mentor to a devastating illness.
Reverend Grant had a contagious compassion for youth and visionary ideas for transforming their lives to accomplish greatness in themselves. We will always hold his teachings in our hearts and will continue his legacy of promise to "have a dream and live it."
